Went in to get my taxes done this year. Amanda was very polite and helped set up a time to come in that worked with my busy schedule. Trent Was the one who did my taxes and he made it a very simple process. He not only made sure that I received my maximum refund but explained to me the areas where I was confused. Would definitely recommend this office to my friends in the future.

My husband and I have used Arlint CPA's for the past few years for our tax returns. They have been nothing short of spectacular. Best tax experience I have ever had!!! If you are like me and dread tax time because of the uncertainties, complicated forms, and MATH (capitalized because I hate MATH) then you will love these guys! Not only were they professional and personable but they took the time to explain why I was getting a refund in terms that I made sense!

The most upsetting Customer Experience I have ever had. Working in the industry, I like to assume positive intent and hope that sometimes people have a bad day. AMANDA, the office manager was the most upsetting Manager I have ever dealt with. Never have I had someone speak to me over the phone with so much disrespect. Numerous times I was cut off while trying to ask common questions regarding my mother in laws taxes. Cut off while being yelled at, and spoke to in a very condescending tone.
