Provided you are honest with attorney Larsen Welsh and have all the facts and proof needed, he will serve you well. While few people like being billed for legal services, it is usually the best course of action, as Judges prefer to deal with professionals who present full legal arguments that help the Court decide a case.
Larsen Welsh charged me reasonable fees for researching all pertinent rules and laws, negotiating a way through legal minefields, to enable me to collect a long standing debt.
I am supremely grateful and can heartily recommend this attorney.

Claims to be repleven experts but cannot answer any questions. Laughed when I said my attorney quoted $7000 just to draw a document and said they would not charge that for the entire case, then days later quoted $10,000.00 for a retainer. Attorney works part-time Tuesday and Thursday except holidays, and is not very well versed in anything. Do not use a part time attorney who does not know the business she claims to specialize in. In addition to not being knowledgeable, she was also very rude. I think she should stay home the other two days a week and focus on whatever it is that keeps her home
