While we needed to rent while looking for a home to buy. From the first time we met with Judy, she was very helpful and friendly. We had only signed a one year lease anytime there was anything wrong Judy was very quick about sending someone out to fix any issues.
Each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and requires final approval by the property owner. We process applications as quickly as possible. Expect a minimum of 2 days to: contact landlords to verify rental references, verify employment, and review credit and criminal background. Final approval typically takes 4 - 5 days.

I had the hardest time trying to get realty management companies to call me back,but Judy Harrison (the owner mind you) got back with me and let me know about the availability of the Rental. The property I wanted had went off the market,she let me know,so I wasn’t just waiting around to hear back from them,and when it came back on the market,cause the first potential renters didn’t get it,she reached back out so I could put in for it. Harrison Realty Group is the only management company in the Raleigh area to actually showed some customer service to me,and that goes a long way with me
