This Inn is very rundown and old. The customer service is awful. I waited almost 20 minutes to get checked-in. The man who finally arrived, did not apologize for the wait or even greet me. He acted annoyed that I was even there. When I asked for a couple extra towels after seeing only two in the room for our family of four, he was extremely rude about giving them to me. The room smelled terrible and there was blood on one of the beds. We will not be staying there on our return trip. The man at the front desk walked into my room without knocking two hours prior to our checkout time. I was in the

The place isn't much to look at and the guy checking me in let me know he didn't like where I was from. The room was a mobile home trailer style accommodation that needed maintenance in every way possible. The valves leaked in the shower while on. The beds turned out to be to our liking and got a great night's rest. Way to costly for two good beds.

We called this place and made reservations a few hours before arriving. When we arrived at 8pm I found no employees in the the office, but there was a child walking around the front desk area. I rang the bell, and even called the number on a sheet posted on the front desk window. I heard the phone ring inside the hotel office when I called and still no adults......no answer strange huh. So when an adult finally arrived I asked for my money back because I did not feel comfortable anymore staying at this hotel. The employee looked me in the eye and said he would charge me an additional 18 dollars

Hands down the best place to stay in Kanab. The owner is an amazing, fair human being that will never treat you bad! Being independently owned and operated makes the pricing of the stay far more then just okay. Allowing a bit more cash in your pocket to go enjoy the many ways there are to play. The rooms are nice sized with all the creature comforts you may need to be comfortable when you choose to stay in. Come to the Red Rock Country Inn and let your Kanab adventure begin!

This place only survives because of its location. Horrible customer service (the man with the mustache and Walmart tee shirt specifically), rooms are trashed, blinds don't open and barely held up, no sound proofing, trash in both garbage cans upon arrival and I'm concerned about mice tonight so I'm putting all food away. Don't make my mistake.

This hotel is definitely what you expect for the cheap price. A little weird and outdated interior but the staff was friendly and offered 24/7 juice and coffee in the office, and we got extra towels when asked. There was nothing to complain about. Just not beautiful or anything. Pretty good location, just a walk from the town.

For the price, what we got was probably a expected. The room itself was fine for the most part other than a fridge that didn't work, TV that had pixel problems, and a sink drain that was clogged and didn't drain well. It's right on the highway so you hear the traffic noise all night. I didn't care for the management though. Most times we went to the front desk and rang the bell, no one came. Twice when the man was there, he ignored me to continue his phone call before acknowledging me.
