Haven't been there yet however I had a bad experience with an employee by the name of Tanya! My wife is looking for a hotel near Zion national Park, she found Driftwood Lodge through Expedia and upon reserving the room, there was an option, pay now info for your reservation or use your credit card as a deposit and pay upon arrival. I chose the second choice, pay upon arrival. I think a text through Expedia they gave me the direct telephone number of the driftwood lodge. I thought Tanya was a very condescending and rude attitude explaining to me that my card was not excepted for the total amount

I had a bad experience at Driftwood but the management was very accommodating so I gave it 3 stars. We got two rooms, one had large cockroaches. I went at night to tell the desk staff and she was basically like - yeah, we sprayed today and they come out and die. And there are just roaches out here that come in if you open your door for any amount of time. I opened my door only to go in and out. The room was gross-feeling. Didn't feel clean, one of the doors was broken, and of course the roaches made my skin crawl. The other room didn't have roaches but it was also dirty-feeling. Some

Great place to stay for visiting Zion National Park!
The room was very clean and we had terrific views of the nearby mountains with an outdoor patio. The staff was very nice and accommodating and we had no problems during our stay. I would also definitely recommend the nearby King's Bistro as well for a nice dine-in meal. I'm glad we found Driftwood over the rest of the nearby chains and would stay again.

Room decorated nicely with contemporary furniture, really nice towels and linens ceramic mugs for coffee and real glasses. I appreciated the variety of coffees for the keurig. Rhere qas also a microwave and a screeching refrigerator. I had to shut the refrigerator off to stop it from waking me. I reserved an ADA room with a view - of the formations assumed!. Unfortunately not, the woman who made the reservation specifically stated there were NO Trees. I would have an unobstructed view, there are lots of trees, the view photos are attached. The ADA room has no adjacent ADA parking. So that

Stayed here with 3 other friends for a Trip to Zion. This Lodge is perfectly located nearby if you are paying a visit to the national park. It is very clean and spacious. They have a restaurant on the property as well.
The outside view from our patio was so beautiful! It was cold out at the time but it was still so beautiful to go out in the morning and see the mountain range.
If I'm ever back here I would definitely stay at Driftwood again!

We loved our two night stay at Driftwood Lodge. We booked two rooms (King Room Patio Balcony) right next to each other. Both were very CLEAN and comfortable. The living room when you walk in had comfortable leather seats, a TV, counter with microwave, fridge, and keurig. The Keurig in both rooms did not work, it only filled 1/4 of the cup. Maybe because they haven't been used in awhile. But that's fine because there's plenty of good coffee nearby! We stayed midweek in February and we saw only 2 other cars during our stay. It was so quiet.. a little too quiet lol! The bedroom had

This review is for their pet friendly rooms. I love this place. The views that you get are amazing plus they have a huge field that you can walk your dogs straight into from your room. They also have a private balcony that goes into the field. Another great thing is that the field goes right into the river. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. I will definitely be returning.

This past summer on a girls trip to Zion National Park, we stayed in this lodge, which was about 4 minutes outside of Zion. It was very comfortable and the outside patio has one of the most amazing views. Since we went during COVID-19, room-service wasn't cleaning the room that was occupied, however, to reduce contact, they would leave fresh towels and toilet paper outside the door in a bag for you. They don't offer breakfast there, however, they sell food vouchers for $8 to Oscar's Cafe and Porter's Smoke Smokehouse and Grill. Overall, our stay was great!

Great location, clean rooms. I had a 2 bedroom room on a corner (201) & it was perfect. Ample parking. The pool & spa were open - when during COVID-19 which was pretty cool.
The room itself had everything I needed - big bathroom, hot water, WiFi, comfortable king sized bed, cold A/C. It was quiet and peaceful. The views of Zion are incredible from here! There's a restaurant attached to the hotel, I didn't try it but it's there for convenience. Lots of food options nearby & within walking/a short drive. I would stay here again if visiting Zion.

Here is another part of my Utah outings....Driftwood Lodge.
I found this hotel while searching online for different accommodations just like I found the others. I was attracted to their Canyon and River luxury room. Those are the rooms with a private patio and the best unobstructed views.
CHECK IN: check-in was quick and easy all the information I needed was provided right to me. For those who are checking in after the lobby closes you might be provided with additional information on how to get in. This did not apply to me though.
ROOM: behind the main Lobby are separate buildings that contain

Located right outside of Zion National Park, these lodging accommodations perfectly suited our needs. Roadtripping with two dogs, we had stayed in two other places we loved around southern Utah but this one was by far our favorite. Our room was huge with hard flooring (no carpet) and a back porch overlooking a large grassy field (really convenient when you have dogs). If we had stayed longer, I would have loved to put in more time on that porch, be it wine and conversation, dinner outside, or just relaxing with the pups. The price rate was more than reasonable, there was ample parking, and the

TLDR: Five roaches in the room when we arrived, two additional dead roaches the next day. Terrible smell in the room. Rude customer service from the young guy at the front desk.
We booked a room here last minute due to our previously reserved campground not working out (turns out we should have payed attention to the campsite being located on "Hurricane Mesa"--we got stuck in an epically awful sandstorm that filled our tent with dust, but I digress). So, we were really looking forward to treating ourselves and staying here (splurged on $220 +$30 in taxes/night). Not sure if our experience

Clean, convenient, comfortable and really just a very pretty place to stay while visiting Zion.
Nice soft linens and very comfortable mattress.
The town shuttle stops directly out front which is super convenient for getting to town if you're worn out on walking after hiking in the park.
The laundry room is open 24 hours which is super convenient if you have smelly clothes to deal with after a day in the park.
The pool and hot tub are in the middle of the property and have the amazing views that surround the town - it would be amazing to swim or lounge here in the summer.
