We offer a complete line of product: carpet, vinyl, hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, and tile and offer installation of all these products. Jubilee Installation has been in business 14 years. We are licensed, bonded and insured in both Oregon and Washington as a specialty contractor (floor-covering).
All Installers contracted by Jubilee Installation are also licensed, bonded and insured. The majority of installers contracted have worked with us for the duration of our business. We not only work directly with the public but also have worked extensively with designers, and general contractors. Dale Pemberton was born and raised in Portland, Oregon 1957.
