Sarah has been an amazing manager for us as tenants. She was personable, professional and takes pride in her properties. Any issues with the property were resolved quickly and we were able to keep in contact with her even after hours. I lived in one of their apartments for 6 years, the employees at Almaden Property Management were so great! Any time I had a question or needed something addressed, I would get a response and/or answer very quickly. Definitely felt labeled right away and discriminated for being a young single mother. Rental history excellent no evictions ever! Same home and career for over 15 years and they declined my application Went somewhere else and got approved next day. Stuff happens for a reason glad I didn't have to deal with annoying property managers! Bad service overall

I contacted Melissa through a listing I found on Padmapper. I was referred to Melissa by my realtor after trying to unsuccessfully sell my former home during the real estate market slump in 2011.
I handed her the keys and the initial reserve deposit. She handled everything else. She found 5 suitable tenants within 2 weeks. They paid on time. Melissa took care of all the little maintenance issues, of which there were many. I never had to get involved personally with the property. Most everything was handled by email and the very occasional call.
I would still be using this company's services if I had not finally been able to sell the property last
