Our options for cosmetic treatments will make you look and feel as beautiful as you deserve to. We offer a number of minimally invasive options that are often fast and easy-completable in fewer than three appointments! Ask about our porcelain veneers, tooth recontouring, bonding, and whitening. For patients with bigger concerns, we also have options for complete smile restoration.
Over time, some smiles lose their luster. Especially if it hasn't always been easy or affordable to get to the dentist. We have a number of services for those patients whose mouths may be showing a tad of wear and tear-sometimes even young mouths need restorative treatments. Dr. Kappel was a commissioned officer in the US Army Dental Corps. She was stationed at Fort Bliss, right here in El Paso. Yesterday I had the best cleaning ever done by a hygienist named Martha. She was very thorough and actually taught me some things for after care. Dr. Kappel has been taking care of my teeth for years, Ive never had a better Dentist than Dr. Kappel. I recommend coming in and seeing her. She is very trust worthy, and professional. The best in El Paso by far!!!!!

Highly recommend. I’ve been avoiding the dentist but finally made an appointment. I appreciated that I was called back at my appointment time instead of waiting forever. The receptionist was great, very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very quiet but still nice. Finally, the dentist was amazing! She thoroughly explained everything and showed me why she was suggesting what she did as opposed to just telling me what I need to do and moving on. Last but not least, it’s very affordable dental care. I will recommend this place time and time again. She’s really set the bar high for when

I have to say, I’m a huge baby when it comes to me having to go to the dentist! It’s been 5years!!! 5 Years that I haven’t been to the dentist. No real excuse as to why I haven’t gone other then I’m terrified to go I hate the noises and I get really scared! I’m 23 and I still get scared I know how sad lol but they were the best dentist I have ever been!! They made me feel so comfortable and not at all scared to be there! So friendly and caring!! I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!

The Office:
in a good location, nice offices, and exam/xray rooms, greeted right when you walk in, very good appt set up, you wont be waiting a long time when you have an appt. They even took me on an emergency basis once when i had a tooth ache.
The Dentist:
I love this dentist! Dr Kappel explained everything to me as she was doing it, they accept my insurance, and they do great work. I've had a few fillings done and a crown, the fillings are perfect color and they didn't hurt that bad when they were being done. The crown, which was made locally(that means it wont take 2 -3 weeks), fits well
