Likewise, I was taught the ins and outs of the cleaning process, equipment, products, and most importantly customer relationships.
I give a lot to credit to the owner of the company I worked for in those days. Although, most business owners want to hold on to their best employees, my boss at the time wanted nothing but success for his. As a matter of fact, he insisted that I start my own business once I finished school. Therefore, 2 degrees and several years later the opportunity presented itself.

I had a great experience with having 8 smoked damaged rugs cleaned. They were able to do an anti bacterial treatment, which also solved a possible mold concern we had with the rugs. They can am beautiful with no odors whatsoever. Very satisfied. Thank you, and I will always be a great reference.
