Setting up an appointment was easy and the operator even told me about discounts that I was unaware of. The technician (Allan) was on time and prepared, even on a terrible weather day. He was friendly, efficient and acknowledged all of my requests. The carpets look and smell brand new! Will definitely use again.

Five stars all the way!!! I have nothing to say but amazing service! I have sold my house and part of the agreement was the carpets had to be professionally cleaned. While doing my Research on the good quality company to come and clean the carpets but wouldn’t break the bank I came across All Star Steamer. We have pets in the house and with that there were Stains and odor from the pets. When Alen finished cleaning the carpet I was amazed at the results. The stains and the odor were gone. Alan with All Star Steamer was fantastic. I work for a remodeling company, and we had a small issue that we needed taken care asap for our client. He was immediately responsive, and went above and beyond to investigate the issue our client was having, and made recommendations needed to prevent future issues.
