Our founding pharmacist had experience working in the big box pharmaceutical industry and realized that there was an easier and better way to help people. Smart Pharmacy begins with our pharmacist focusing on the people aspect of being a Pharmacist. Understanding people and spending the time to really listen to their needs is what separates a "Smart Pharmacist" from and ordinary Pharmacist. A "Smart Pharmacist" does not just fill prescriptions but talks to people, listens to people and makes recommendations based on what is best for the person.

Eco Pharmacy is Amazing!! From Kristina to the girls upfront and the pharmacist. They have a bilingual person who can translate anything that you have a question for. The pharmacist can answer any questions you have regarding the medication your on. And Kristina will come to your house if needed when you start with eco pharmacy just to explain how things work. Eco pharmacy even offers free delivery!!!!! Strongly recommend!!!!

The pharmacist has added and taken away medication to my father's prescription list without doctor approval.
This pharmacy is ALWAYS late in filling and delivering prescriptions.
This pharmacy has placed us in potentially dangerous situations when they haven't delivered vital medications.
Their phone system is completely useless. Getting this pharmacy to return messages is nearly impossible.
We have filed a DOPL complaint.
Please be careful if you choose to use this pharmacy.

My parents both recently transferred their medications to Eco Pharmacy. My siblings and I have been helping our parents with organizing their medications for the past year into weekly pill organizers. One of their marketers held a presentation at my parents facility about their monthly color coded calendars and after speaking with her we decided to give them a try. We are now on our 2nd month of using them and I can honestly say we are so happy to not have to see any more pill bottles and to have the medications filled, pre-packaged and organized. I wish we knew about this earlier. I can't recommend

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. This pharmacy offers pill packs for people that are having trouble in sorting out their meds, specially if it’s supposed to be taken at a specific time. That service is offered for free if your filling all your prescriptions there. The only thing you ever pay is the copays. Also they offer free deliveries. Truly makes it easy for anyone that needs that help. Love this pharmacy!!!

I used to do business with Walgreens, driving through the window several times a month. It was so tedious. You know you don't ever run out of all your meds at the same time. Then you go home, open the bottles, and put the pills in the pill box week after week. Then Eco Pharmacy came along and I absolutely love them. Doc places order with them. They deliver to my door already packaged up in little compartments for morning and night. I will never do anything else. Plus there is no charge for delivery. Only the co-pay for the med. Eco Pharmacy, I lover you.

Eco Pharmacy is unreliable and substitutes your prescriptions for products that they have in stock without prior notification or consent. They discussed specific medications my family member was taking with the staff at the retirement community. They disregard HIPPA laws and violate client's privacy. The regional manager who signed me up for this service doesn't answer his phone or return calls. Eco Pharmacy sale representative makes false promises that are not backed up by Eco Pharmacy. Mr. Murray promised that my Senior Citizen mother prescriptions cost would be exactly same price she was receiving under her mail order pharmacy. In reality using Eco Pharmacy she incurred charges of over $500 from Jan 1 - Feb 5, 2018. If she had received these medications from her original medicine plan a charge of maximum $250 would have been incurred.
I specifically made it a point to reconfirm my understanding with Mr. Murray about charges and he did nothing but totally lie about services .
