Great environment and customer service. I hadn’t had any dental work in years so I was a little nervous but Dr. Jackson was great at making me feel comfortable. I had a cavity filled some bonding on my front 2 teeth and they look amazing. Better than before. I have to go back due to my bite being a little off (which is completely normal due to me not being able to tell much when I was numb). But they were very accommodating when I called.

The staff here is very friendly and professional. Dr. Jackson is awesome and truly cares about his patients. I love that your wait time is very short and the way everything is explained during the procedures. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist or looking for a change. You won’t go wrong with Jackson Family Dental!

I went to a dentist for 20 years ,before I Moved to South Carolina, I was conserned about finding a new dentist ,Dr.Jackson and his team have made the transition easy.

Dr. Jackson does amazing work and I love the office! However, my most recent visit was not as expected and had to only give 4 stars. When I arrived I told the front desk I have an appointment for 11AM. I was then told that I did not have an appointment. After expressing that I did in fact have an appointment and having a card from them stating the date and time of today (May 24th, 2021 @11AM) they started looking through the notes. They seen that my appoitment had been canceled. This would have been understandable if someone would have at least called me and let me know they couldn't honor the
