I have been going here for over 15 years and have only great things to say. I no longer live in the area, but continue to travel over 40 minutes for my haircuts.
It's a full-service unisex salon, with extremely friendly and talented stylists. The owner, Elie, is always present and will ensure that you are happy.
I go for only a simple mens cut, but my sister and family members are also huge fans of La Coupe.
Highly recommended for great style and price!

Looking for a new place to get hair cut so called up and made appointment. Showed up on time and was completely ignored when I walked in. Woman at counter was busy making small talk with another customer finishing up, apparently trying to figure out how the credit card maching worked. Sat down and waited and looked around the dirty and run-down looking shop. Watched the guy giving some teenager a bowl cut. 10 minutes later nobody had even bothered to make eye contact with me. Another person came in and was taken after only a minute or 2. I got up and walked out, I won't be back. Maybe

I love La Coupe Unique. My husband, 2 daughters and I go there for our hair cuts. My daughters and I also get our highlights and color and eyebrow waxing done as well. The salon is not dirty, but quite clean. Everyone is very friendly and up to date on the latest products and styles. I don't think you can go wrong, besides the prices are much less than you'd find in Boston with just as good service. It is a small salon with longevity in an upscale community. 5 stars for La Coupe Unique!

La Coupe Unique has always treated me well. The atmosphere is professional, but the hairstyling has personality. If you communicate clearly what you would like your hair to look like at the end, you will get it. At the same time, the hairstylist will ask pointed questions about whether the style you request is truly the best fit for your hair and face shape.
Nibal cuts my hair, and I recommend her. She is friendly, but not gossip-focused. She asks if I want a blowdry or gel or pommade or other extras before applying them, and checks in with me even as she's cutting my hair. I get anxious
