My family were patients here for at least 5 years. Dr Stephens was very nice and did a good job with all of us. However when they moved to the new office I had a dental emergency. I was in alot of pain and had an abcessed tooth. I called the office and told them what was going on and that I needed to be seen. They told me they were booked for the whole week and couldn't get me in. I told them I could come to the office and just wait to be seen however long it might take.......I was in pain. The office manager refused that and said she could not get me in. I said I am having an emergency, I understand
