Michael Mahagan is the inspector.
Could not give negative rating so gave 1 star.
He did inspection and I asked him to walk through the house and show the issues he found whish take 5-10 mins.
He did not do that did not even care that.
I said I will pay him for the time he spent to explain/show me. He did not even do that.
He clearly said he gets lots of calls for inspection and do not care.
This attitude towards customer is really bad.

Michael completed our home inspection today and I am so glad I went with this company after doing some research! The reviews were on point. Negligent. Unprofessional. Blame shifting, and deflection of their inspector's actions.
We returned to our home after leaving so potential buyers could do a home inspection on June 12th from 9-12. Upon returning home, we realized that the inspector had turned of the A/C upstairs, and never turned it back on. Under normal circumstances this would have only been a minor inconvenience. However, my husband is heavily involved in mining etherium coins, and has been setting it up as a business, with a substantial investment in equipment having been purchased to complete mining.
