Stafford Inspections is owned and operated by Don Stafford. In business since 1984, Don has performed over 12,000 professional home inspections. He is available for all types of home inspections as well as remodel on-site inspections and on-site phase new home inspections. Don is a graduate of the American Inspectors Institute and holds a Bachelors Degree in Math with a Minor in Business.

I needed an inspection in a hurry, and Don even replied to my e-mail on the weekend. He made himself available, worked with both me and my agent, and had my final report to me about two hours after the completion of the inspection. He then made himself available to discuss the few issues, and even discussed them at length with a repair tech. All around easy, especially during a highly charged time in the buying process!

Don was very thorough on the home inspection for the house we're buying. Most importantly, he was happy to explain the deficiencies he found and how serious they were or weren't. He patiently went through everything with us. He also gave us good suggestions on further inspections and repairs needed.

Don was on time and very thorough in his work. I was there to observe so I can ask questions I had before he showed up. He is very knowledgeable. When he noticed any discrepancies, he immediately addressed them to me. He explained what he saw. Advised on ac/ and heater life expectancies and gave me suggestions on what to do when they should fail. He would tell me what was important to have done soon and what could wait to be fixed. Definitely recommend for all services he provides.

Great inspection! Don was very knowledgeable about our future home. He knew what to look for and pointed out several items that needed attention. The last time we had a house inspected, that guy barely told us anything and we learned the hard way. Don was professional and answered all of our questions. It is good to have an inspector on your side that cares. Highly recommend!

Very impressed with Stafford Inspections. They were able to get my commercial inspection appointment in within a couple of days, and I received the report early the next morning. It was very detailed, provided estimates and recommendations for all items of concern. Don was fantastic, responded to emails promptly (even over the weekend, which was not expected) and was very knowledgeable and thorough.
