MMA CODE OF CONDUCT/DECORUM: If Sensei is late, please wait and meditate. Respectfully bow when entering and exiting the dojo and when greeting each other. Sit and wait for Sensei to bow you in. Line up in rank order in informal attention stance and wait for instructions. Listen to Sensei and Parents, and respond with "oss", yes sir or no sir.

Great place for the kids! Sensei Dan was recommended to us by our daycare and we're so glad we signed up our 2.5 year old daughter. She loves this place and Sensei Dan is so passionate about teaching the kids but also having fun. He's very friendly and just great with the little ones. He's patient that's for sure! My daughter's face lights up when she's there Definitely planning on enrolling our next kid here!

Awesome local business for kids and families.
I enjoyed the hip hop classes they offer in the afternoon called mixxed fit. My girlfriend and I went, had such a fun time and burned so many calories!
Our first session was free which was awesome and the owners were incredibly nice! LOVED IT
When my kids get older I will choose this establishment for classes if they want to try karate.

I'm so impressed with the Loco Dojo! It's close to my house and was easy to find. It is kept very clean! The owner Dan is so professional and knows his work very well. My 3 teen boys have enjoyed attending and learning to become stronger not just physically but mentally as well. I've noticed they have more self-discipline and are confident about themselves.
They have recently opened up for incredible high energy exercie classes at night. I belong to the gym and find myself at the Loco Dojo often for their amazing classes. I get the BEST workout and it's fun and the ladies
