It’s been 3 days post discharge from the hospital for orthopedic surgery for my grandma. Medquest keeps telling us that someone will be in contact. My grandma has needed a physical therapy evaluation since she got home and is a high fall risk. She has multiple surgery wounds that have not been assessed. This is the worst company we have ever worked with. Unfortunately Kaiser contracts with them so we are stuck. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to you or your family. We will be filing a complaint with CMS.
