Skilled Nursing is provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and includes coordinating the plan of care which your physician has prescribed, monitoring vital signs, giving injections, administering IV medications, providing wound care, ostomy, and catheter care. We can also provide skilled instruction, related to diet, medications, and disease processes.
A physical therapist - often referred to as a "PT" - is a licensed health professional that specializes in pain reduction, improvements, and restorations in mobility, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients. These health care specialists aid in diagnosing and treating individuals that have injuries and/or health conditions that result in limitations in movements and their ability to perform common everyday activities.

My mom is my world. Unfortunately, she has been in and out of medical care a lot over the last 9 years. It's been really tough watching her go through it all, but she's a strong willed woman. I love that about her, so it killed me to see how certain doctors, nurses and numerous medical staff in general at different places over the years would just treat her like a "case file". Or refer to her disease, instead of her as a person. It was such a HUGE BLESSING to find 24 Seven Home Health. I am so thankful to my friend Eileen, who recommended them to me who was raving about how amazing their staff

We have been working with 24/Seven over 1 1/2 years with staffing almost 24 hours a day. I love this company! They work hard at providing good nurses and support. Initially I worked with another company I liked very much, but it was difficult for them to provide nurses for the extensive number of hours we need. 24/Seven has only missed a day here or there, but they are caring, dependable, compassionate and try their best to fill all of our needs. My husbands needs are extensive and they come through for us. I would recommend them without hesitation.
