If you like high prices, poor customer service, lack of empathy, and falsified documentation this is the vet for you. My family went here for 30 years and my dog received the worst care after a tail amputation. The tail started to smell bad a week out of surgery and they said just air it out, an change the bandage. No new medications or treatments were added for what was an obvious infection. 5 days later it was infected and necrotic down to the bone. The vets response to the tip of his tail hanging there was "looks like it is continuing to slough". To anyone in the medical field, they know when

Unreal, They don’t call you back and they don’t care about you animal. NEVER been this disappointed in a vet in all my life. Letting my cat go on suffering is unacceptable! I will never go back and will tell ALL my friends with pets to not waste time and your money for terrible service. Do the best for your beloved pets and find another place.

Dr. Liz and her assistant Hannah were so helpful today with my dog Chewy. He can be a handful but he was also in a lot of pain. They were so patient and gentle with him. I am very grateful to them. I will always take my pets there! Thank you Dr Liz and Hannah!

Dr. Niki is phenomenal! She has such a gentle & caring demeanor while working with my very old lab. Him and I both can ultimately feel her love, which helps him to feel comfortable. I cannot thank her enough for the time she spends with me. It is so reassuring to know I have a partner when anticipating what I may face as my lab continues to age.

I brought my sick cat in the other day to see Dr. Kerry. She was very patient and gentle, and she genuinely cares about the animals. My cat wasn’t getting much better when their office called, and they got me back in the same day to take another look at him. I’ve had both my cats in to see Dr. Kerry a couple times and I won’t take them anywhere else. Thank you HAC staff for taking such good care of my boys!

My dogs are getting older now (10 and 11 years) and I know I can count on Dr. Cailey for any of the issues that might come up with them. She treats both my dogs and myself with complete respect, and the techs are also very caring. I can call and discuss issues with them, they're very faithful in returning calls and fitting us in the schedule when needed. I find them a bit pricey, but their service is great and they're convenient. I trust them explicitly!

I have been bringing my little girl Slayer to this vet since we got her. I’m not going to lie. I only chose this place because it is the closest to my house and I know she doesn’t like car rides, but I also have to admit I do not regret my decision one bit. They have been nothing but wonderful since day 1. They are knowledgeable, kind, informative, and educated. They were great during the whole declawing process also. I killed me to leave her there, but I knew she was in good hands. And they let me come visit her while she was recovering. I would definitely recommend them to anyone new to the

I have been coming to the HAC for many years with multiple pets. Dr. Larson was recommended to us by Dr. Mark upon his retirement. She is awesome and a very good fit for us and our animals. Five Stars in all areas for Dr. Liz
There have been a few call assistance that take our questions of concern over the phone to forward to Dr. Liz (or another if she may not be available) but instead respond an hour or two later to inform us that Dr. Liz is not in and will have to get back to us the following day when she returns. This is a very disappointing answer when you have a sick pet at home. Have to
