Very nice, I waited outside about 10 min then Dr. Came outside to tell me my pup was fine. Very affable and accommodating personal.

First time there and very informative veterinarian. Whole staff is friendly and love your pets, it shows. They take care of them really well and our grandpup showed he was happy going in and coming out. Just don't like not being in person because of covid situations...so sad that is happening nowadays. Otherwise great place for your pet health.

6 weeks after a ridiculous appointment that included blood work and xray, 3 follow up calls and then after they said they were unable to do the surgery my cat needs. Now no call back with a specialist that can. Waste of $500. Scammers
Went back to my regular location in oconomowoc, my dog got rabies shot, checkup, stool sample, blood work and only $240. I should've never went elsewhere, only did because summit had an opening and it was an emergency.

Brought my dog here who was having non stop diarrhea issues. And of course as a pet parent I was worried about my little guy. I brought him to Wales Animal clinic before I went to summit and the doctor at wales told me to try these meds and dog food for my dogs diarrhea which wasn’t cheap and it didn’t even help infact made him worse. Since I received a coupon in the mail for summit me and my dog went there and we were both very happy. The staff is very nice and the doctor is nice and knows what he’s doing. I love this clinic. Dr. Texeira and his staff are amazing. I always have a positive experience when I take my pets here. He is an excellent vet and has excellent knowledge on animal behaviors as well. I also believe his prices are fair. I live closer to MILWAUKEE and the prices for veterinary care in Milwaukee county are much higher.

I have been dealing with them for years mainly because they are close and I like their groomer.I recieved a bill for 30 dollars for a mistake they made. I paid it but I won't be back. Good business would dictate that they would eat the 30 dollars. But I guess it's more important than the hundreds of dollars I've given them so far. Another Vet will be getting my business. When I mentioned this to their staff all I got was a blank look.

My oldest girl, Midnight, dreaded going to see "the doc" until I brought her here. The staff was very awesome and once again, my beautiful domestic long hair female actually likes going for car rides and getting check ups like when she was a kitten. You can tell they love animals here, and will help you keep them healthy and happy. <3

I have never had a bad experience here. We have taken both of our dogs here and have not experienced any of the problems that other reviewers have experienced. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to my family. We had to take one of our dogs in to be spayed recently​ we were called with updates throughout the day. When I picked up my dog they went through all of the aftercare needs very thoroughly.

This is from the Wood family. We have been going to Summit Animal clinic since we had our first dog, Max, 30 years ago. Since Max, they have cared for our 2nd dog, Gracie, our first cat, Chewie and now our dog Raji and cat Boaz. We have been through A LOT with the team of people at Summit. Gracie had surgery for, and ultimately had to be put down 2 months later, for aggressive breast cancer at age 7. Today, we had to put our beloved 14 year old kitty to sleep. I had previously had a bad experience when we had to put our 16 year old dog down 3 years ago with a vet who is no longer at this clinic. In the past, we have received EXCELLENT care from Dr. Megan Borgstrom and today was no different. She was so incredibly kind, thoughtful, understanding and most importantly, compassionate as she helped our sweet girl pass away peacefully. I will never take my only remaining pet to any other doctor but Dr. Borgstrom. As for the rest of the staff, we've always been treated with the utmost respect and
