They "don't believe in diagnosis." They basically just sit and listen to you talk with no help, because how can you help treat something you don't believe in?

These people don’t care at all about the “mental health”, all they want is a paycheck and nothing more. The counselor my son had didn’t even care enough to create a care plan with him even after I asked for one. Then she broke the law and told other people about stuff he said in confidence to her. DO NOT TRUST this place with your mental health or your families.

So grateful for the compassion and kindness my son was shown here. He has grown leaps and bounds in his abilities to manage his emotions. For those who have complained about finances and insurance issues, remember that the responsibility for knowing your insurance benefits and coverage is yours, as is assuring that the provider you are scheduling with is in your network. Most places, I'm sure Crosspointe is included, bill your insurance as a COURTESY to you. I had the opposite experience here. I wasn't able to pay my whole bill every month because our deductible is so high and all the allowable

I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE YOU GO! I called before I went in, to make sure they accepted my insurance and to find out how much each session would cost. I was quoted a reasonable price. I went to a total of four sessions. They didn't inform me the first session costs double for "new patient fees," but despite that, I went another 3 times and paid UP FRONT with an HSA each time. Then on the fourth time they told me that they had mis-quoted me and had been charging me the wrong price. Now each session was going to be an additional $40+ and I had to pay them an extra $160+ for my past sessions

I've been going here for about 8 months now and have had a wonderful experience. The person i go to has been one of the sweetest people and has never judged. There's a huge age gap, which I was a little worried about cause I have the wild hair and piercings, but we always end up laughing with each other and I always leave feeling a little better. Price wise I think it's rather fair. I haven't had an issue.

Have called and left message after message to one of the evaluators and a week later still no call back, and all I get is a voicemail, a couple of times it went straight to voicemail and didn't even ring. Shouldn't be this difficult to get help or an evaluation.

My last appointment was 10/25/17 or should I say non-appointment. Upon my arrival I was told in front of a very crowed waiting room that I must talk to their financial person. What a wasted drive and use of my time! My insurance info that had to be approved before I was ever seen and granted a counselor to talk to, and it was. But, the woman in charge of money informed me that I still hadn't met my deductable...I tried to tell her she must be looking at my husbands policy as Cancer eats up the money fast. They just wanted money...talk about making a difficult time even more difficult. Needless

Kinda mad, just came from there, I received an out of network bill for seeing a new hire NP there. They didn't verify her credentials with the insurance companies. They gave me the interview time and instead of a copay i got a bill for $160. They charged me $90 dollars for that two question session. Well i paid the 90 dollars, they lost a patient that's been going for two years. It looks like they would rather keep their medicaid users instead of helping people who pay their own insurance. It's less work and more money to them.
