Lillian came early and stayed late to get my house cleaned and ready for a Thanksgiving party. I felt very comfortable with Lillian, and she was very efficient and professional. My floors and counters were left sparkling clean, and my guests commented on how great the house looked. I would highly recommend Jay's One Stop Cleaning Services!

This is the best company to use for cleaning your house. They are courteous and professional. She did a great job cleaning and washing the floors, they were spotless when she was finished. She arrived on time and when I called Gabby and asked if she could stay longer it wasn't a problem. I highly recommend this company to clean your house on a regular basis.

I was so pleased with how wonderful the office staff was when I called in. They were attentive and answered all my questions! They were able to schedule me within a timely manner. The cleaning lady arrived on time and in uniform. She brought all her own cleaning supplies and did an INPECIABLE job. They cleaned the showers, floor, bases bored, cabinets, and more. The owner even reached out to me to see how my experience was. I will not only use them again but I would recommend them to anyone I know!

Jay’s one stop cleaning was very professional. I had several windows and doors cleaned inside and out with all the screens cleaned . They look beautiful. Very happy with the company . I would recommend them and use them again . The owner Gabby is quick to respond , followed up on the performance and really cares that we were happy with everything. That is hard to come by these days . Definitely recommending them for service !

The booking process was extremely easy, user friendly, and professional. Gabby was great with setting it up, sending a quote and booking the appointment. The cleaning was less than I expected as I found several areas that I would expect to be cleaned but had not been. They were very accommodating to fix and sent someone the next day to go back over those areas. However, still some things overlooked! Overall, great customer service but needs improvement on the services.
