Used their carpet cleaning service to clean high traffic carpet areas in our home. Our carpets are very old and they were able to make it look so much cleaner, our kids came back home after being gone a while and noted the difference immediately. Robert and his colleague who did the job were professional and did a great job. Photos don’t quite do justice. Price was also reasonable. Would recommend.

Robert cleaned our dirty, 12-year-old carpet, and did an outstanding job. He was even able to remove old pet urine stains we didn't expect to come out. He was polite and friendly, which we appreciated. We hope to have him return soon to clean our tile. Highly recommend!!!

The first time I used Pristine Carpet Cleaning was about 3 years ago. I rented a house in the desert for the summer and they came and cleaned carpets plus he has a cleaning crew that was so good and fast!
Since then I purchased an upstairs condo that has carpets and I’ve had Pristine clean the carpets 3 times because we are renting it out short term. I manage rental properties in San Diego and I wish Ames (owner of Pristine) had his company in San Diego!

We had just purchased a condo in Palm Springs and the tile floor was filthy. We called Ames and he was able to come clean the tile within 48 hours before all the furniture arrived. And he did an incredible job!… The floors look completely different and new. We were so impressed with his work. Ames was super nice and very professional. Would definitely recommend him and Pristine Carpet and Tile!

We moved from the east coast over 4 years ago and our area rugs were in storage for this long. We called Pristine and Ames returned our call soon after.
