Due to the high demand of Specialty Services provided by a Certified Trichologist - Natural Hair Salon and Spa is officially a Members Only Salon. There are 4 memberships to choose from. You must at least obtain the Bronze membership in order to receive any services. In order to keep your membership active you must commit to the Healthy Hair Care Plan designed for you by keeping your scheduled appointments.

You 1st want to start off by scheduling a Consultation with me. Owner is unprofessional and doesn’t remember who her clients are. She asked me to set up a consultation so that she would have my contact info… which I did, and she never approved it. The day of the appointment she tried to send me to someone else who wasn’t even available. Also, she’s not even located at the location online! Horrible! I’d rather my damn hair fall out than to do business with this person! Not cool at all!

I called Sherita last minute to book a hair appointment for my daughter, who will be in a wedding. I'm from out of town and found her info and excellent reviews online. I called and she was so helpful, accommodating, and professional. I didn't get to use her services in the end due to conflicting schedules, but I was so impressed with how helpful she was I would recommend her.

I don't usually write reviews, but this is a great business. Sherita is also a great stylist and, what I like to call, a "hair doctor". I had just moved here in 2018 with hair damage and minimal hair growth, and looking for a stylist for natural hair.
