Michele was great for my Medi-Massage. She talked with my chiropractor to get more insight into my issue, which I thought went above and beyond. Other staff there were friendly also. Had to park around the corner and down the street because it is on Main St in Pittsford, so it was a bit of a pain, and you have to go downstairs to enter, so if you have issues with walking far or stairs take that into consideration.

I have been getting massages for over 15years and this was by far the BEST one I have ever received. This was my first time at this establishment and WOW! I was so impressed with the quick responses, the gorgeous inside exterior, friendly staff and the AMAZING Grace Adams. She was so thorough and listened to all my concerns as I have numerous medical issues. She hit on every spot I asked, pressure was absolutely perfect and on top of that all she is just a sweet person. They have definitely gained a permanent client with me and I have already booked my next appointment! I will be telling everyone
