We offer massage for relaxation, along with deep tissue and Active Release Technique (ART) treatments. Specialty programs include massage for those who are grieving, patients dealing with cancer, and those who serve as caregivers to chronically ill or disabled family members. Linda is a registered nurse and licensed massage therapist offering full body treatment, specializing in pain and decreased mobility.

Services
Linda Demme founded Healing Hands for Helping Hearts from a desire to serve those who take on the tremendous task of caring for another, both physically and emotionally. She saw the need for caregivers to protect and nurture their own health, to be at their best to provide support for a loved one. Healing Hands offers therapeutic massage to support caregivers who are caring for people with disabilities and health care needs across the lifespan.

I have been going to the Wellness Center since it opened. It is a beautiful, soothing and clean setting nestled in Fairport. The providers are top-notch and the massages are therapeutic as well as luxurious. It is really a wellness center with reiki, yoga and wonderful educational programs. Delighted to have this option in our community.

My daughter and I came in to celebrate her birthday last week. She had never had a massage before and she decided that is what she wanted to do. After reading good reviews online, we chose the Wellness Center. We both had wonderful massages by Stacy and Iris! Everyone we met there was very friendly and the place is extremely clean and peaceful. We highly recommend!
