Hands down the best place in Wichita to buy nice jewelry. The customer service is 5 stars and so is the selection. If you go anywhere else besides Randy Cooper you are most likely dealing with Amateurs

Extremely condescending and demeaning when I brought it a ring to be sized. Laughed at me when I said the setting was white sapphires instead of diamonds. (Surrounded by a ruby)

The staff’s pleasant, helpful attitude and knowledge set them above and apart from other jewelers in the area. I’ve had them do extensive cleaning and repair on fine watches and they come back flawless- their service department is just as top rate- would def recommend!! :)

Called RC to get a quote to get my Submariner externally cleaned, a lady quoted me $50 to $150, I took in in on (Monday) 6/22/20. I called on Thursday (6/25/20) to ask status, she said they will start on it today, I received a call a couple hours later and said watch was ready. I picked it up today (Friday), woman said I owed $161. I said to her, initially I was quoted $50-$150, lady said the work is very labor intensive and that was the price. Really, they didn't start until Thursday and finished a couple hours later, that's labor intensive? Never will I return to this shop.

Extremely nice and very helpful people that work here. I took my rings here to get it sized, and when I got it back they were absolutely gorgeous. They did incredible work, you can't even tell that my rings have been sized. After sizing the rings, they did an amazing job cleaning them. It was like getting new rings back! Went to get a watchband repaired since they are the only Tag Heuer authorized repair in the area. Was greeted by a very nice saleslady and introduced to Matt who would be doing the repair. He was booked but managed to work in my repair so I could take the watch on a business trip.. Very nice to work with and the price was very reasonable.
