I happened upon this amazing place last year when I had several batteries replaced in my watches. Their customer service is amazing and the owner is so personal and helpful. We were looking for a necklace that was one of a kind, beautiful, and something that is custom made and this place is just that! I took a watch in to get a battery replaced. They had my watch for nearly 8 weeks. The price to have a battery put in...$84! I looked up the battery online that they installed, it was $15.
So I was charged $70 to wait nearly two months, and have them unscrew the case and install a battery.
Needless to say, I will NOT be taking anymore watches here.

I called and asked about adjusting a watch I had gotten online and was told I could walk in and get taken care of. The store was very nice and had a homely atmosphere. Tim was able to promptly adjust my watch multiple times until I made up my mind. Great experience! They also had very nice jewelry for sale and custom options.
