Magnolia Marie's Weddings

They kept finding more things to charge me for and would not accommodate for things out of my control. They made my event more stressful and didn’t even get my requested menu correct. On my wedding day, they were going to start serving dinner an hour later than scheduled and forgot my centerpieces. I was forced to deal with things that were already decided on the day of my wedding.

I have called, emailed, and texted this company and no response. Not only no response, but the phone sent me straight to voicemail and the texts were no longer being delivered. This is the poorest professionalism I’ve seen since we have been looking for catering. I will not be using them.

I had a terrible experience. She is extremely rude and I felt like nothing after dealing with her. So sad. My family members told me she had been rude to them as well. Please be careful and spend a little more to get someone will class. She completely ignored me repeatedly when I most needed her help.

She is not a nice person. She will act nice at first while she tries to figure out how much money she can make off you. She doesn't care about your special day. She also went off on one of my family. Very hostile nasty person!

Honesty, very disappointed in this service! I really wanted them to workout for us but unfortunately it did not. I personally think it it outrageously unprofessional to completely ghost a customer after both of us (amber and I) agreed to move forward. My fiancé warned me he did not have a good feeling about her and said he felt she didn’t care about our needs as when we went to the first meeting she was trying force a package on us. Let me tell you about these people right here. I really thought COVID-19 would be the end of my special day. Everything went wrong for me. I had friends and family losing jobs and getting sick out of nowhere. My mother-in-law lost her job after 20 years. I was really feeling hopeless and dejected, but I still wanted to have my special day. Having my wedding, and having it done right, would have been the one thing to go right for my year. One of my good friends just got married on 9/6/20 and it was a magical and beautiful reception. The venue was decorated so lovely! I am set to get married on 12/4/21 and I am getting ready to sit down and plan my special day with Magnolia Marie’s!
Their services are unmatched, and seeing their staff and how they work effortlessly to pull off Cassie’s wedding, pulled me right in! I am extremely excited to start my wedding journey with Magnolia Marie’s!
