Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Not professional, do not want to honor contract,owner contacting my fiance, threatening and screaming at her,hidden fees after venue fills up to 100 people lumit,100$ extra for each person including kids would not recommend this venue to anybody the owner of this place is unprofessional, greedy and disrespectful .

Had been there in Nov 2019 to check out the location for a family event. The place has a dark and dingy look for a bright event that we wanted. Also overpriced - and the manager made it clear that we "take it or leave"! While we were figuring out options, she kept showing us the lowest priced options, patronizingly. When we requested for the all better the facilities and pricing options , she actually said "you will die if you to hear those prices"!!! She could not name the actual owners of the facility, saying that its some vague investors. Needless to say, we left. Will surely not recommend this
