We called yesterday and lucky for us, someone canceled their appointment for today. We were able to grab that appointment and had our vents cleaned today. Dennis showed up on time and explained what the cleaning process would involve. He wore a mask and immediately put shoe covers on his shoes when he entered our home. He was true to his word and finished right on time, with minimal disruption to the house. We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend it’s services.

This experience was simply incredible. The person was extremely courteous and professional. The work was thorough and exceeded my expectations. The before and after pictures were unbelievable. I have had poor experiences with other companies for other jobs but this by far was such a relief and I look forward to using them every year now. I wish every company had this level of service. From, the initial communication, to the follow-up, and finally the day of service; a well-organized company that every company should try to resemble.

So grateful for their service! I had another company come out six months ago to clean my dryer vent because my dryer's check vent light was on. My dryer vents through the roof. The other company cleaned from behind my dryer up throught the pipes but nowhere else. Said it was clean. However, I was still having a problem.

We just had our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Company was very professional, punctual, and did a great job. We had not had ours cleaned in 8 years and everything turned out great. They showed up at the exact time they told us they would and took the amount of time they told us.
They were NOT pushy with trying to up-sell us or getting us on a schedule. They just had honest prices and service.

The business practices false advertising. When the guy showed up to clean the vents he claimed that I had "two" main lines and refused to clean the system without an additional $165 fee. I said, "okay" clean just one and he refused.
Upon pointing out to him that one of the "main" lines was the supply and the other the main line he said, "okay, but your groupon is for appartments and stuff like that. Not whole houses."
The groupon reads, "$35 for a cleaning of one air duct main line, one return vent, unlimited supply vents, and up to 6 dryer vents
