I had Shaun out to clean my carpets today. Positive aspects were that he showed up on time and also moved some things around to aid in facilitating the cleaning and vacuumed one area before cleaning. He did not clean the edges of the carpet. He did not remove many of the spots and dirty areas on the carpets and steps. Because he was working by himself he did not move many pieces of furniture and clean behind them and underneath them. These are pieces that I (a senior with limited mobility) can move myself so I am not sure why he did not do a complete cleaning. Since his price was high (it was at

The guy who cleaned my carpet promised that the marks from the furniture will be gone after carpet dryers in 3 hours. When I came back next day the marks were still there even after very light furniture. The man cleaned 4 rooms in about 45 minutes. It’s not enough for that big area.I knew that something is not right after he refused to take the tip.
