Center Street Counseling Services provides professional counseling to all in need, strengthening and encouraging families to live to their best. CSCS, Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 corporation designed to help all in need. Each person is free to grow in their own direction and at their own pace. The training of Master's level counselors helps us achieve our mission by offering services on a sliding scale.
No one is turned away for their inability to pay for services. CSCS has helped tens of thousands of individuals in our 37 years of existence. We began as a community outreach of the First United Methodist Church of Arlington in 1983. In 1995, when it was apparent that we had to expand beyond our original vision, we became a separate 501c3 non-profit entity.

I earned a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University and I have been counseling in the Mansfield area for over 5 years. Before moving to our new location, my practice was located at the Wesley Mission Center. I have been trained in "Love and Logic" parenting as well as "Children in The Middle" (a program for divorcing/divorced parents).
I believe that all change begins with the determination to make something different in ones life. Feelings often control the choices we make and cause reaction instead of response to situations. Counseling is an opportunity to do self discovery and look at what needs are to be met. I really enjoy helping others to find behaviors that meet their goals and consider responsibility for what they can change.
The words "counseling" and "therapy" can be intimidating. But let's face it-Everyone deals with internal or external challenges that can be difficult to overcome. Professional counseling may help speed up the process. I'm passionate about helping clients reach their fullest potential and personalizing each plan of action.
Rosa Bailey went to the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2006 with a Bacheor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Psychology, Sociology, and Business. We all struggle with life's obstacles from time to time and need a helping hand. If you feel like you need change in your life, then let me help you do that. My goal in therapy is to empower you and your family and to work myself out of a job, not to keep you coming back for numerous sessions. Singles, couples, or whole families dealing with any and all issues are welcome here.
