We hope you will find information on our website helpful and informative. Christian Counseling of Mansfield was established in August of 2003 with the help of several local pastors, churches, and business leaders with the goal of providing biblical counseling to individuals, marriages, and families.
Since that time, CCM has established relationships with many new churches and pastors that have come to our city as it has experienced tremendous growth in these past several years. Most of our clients are referred to us by their pastor, but we welcome anyone to our office who believes that we can be of help to them individually or otherwise.

Thank you for desiring to learn more about our philosophy or approach to counseling. If you have looked around very much, you will know that there are many different approaches to counseling. Some counsel from a purely psychological/theoretical viewpoint. Others counsel from a strictly biblical point of view.
Christian Counseling of Mansfield falls very closely in line with the philosophy of counseling held to by the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC, formerly known as NANC).
One of our foundational principles is that we believe that Scripture is sufficient to equip us to deal with all matters pertaining to life and godliness, and that man's greatest need is to be reconciled to God through the sacrifice that Jesus Christ offered on mankind's behalf when He went to the cross.

Dell is a great man to talk to. I spoke with him over the course of a couple of months. He was a great listener, soft spoken, and all of the advice and insight given were biblical and from scripture. Dell not only helped me to view life through a biblical sense but also helped me to better understand God's word in its correct interpretation while showing me how it pertained to everyday life.
