I've came here for the past two hair cuts I got and both times turned out really good.
I have curly hair so not many people and places know how to cut it well. I get my hair done with Abby (not sure if that's how she spells her name) and she always does a good job! This time I wanted to get bangs and I was very nervous but she did really good. Great experience, very accommodating at the last minute.

Got my 3rd haircut with Maria at Yes We Do Zaragoza today. Just a trim, but Maria does such a good job with my curly thinning hair! She’s so friendly and does what you ask! I didn’t really have to wait. Best to call for appt. They are keeping all areas clean and sanitized, and enforcing distancing. I will happily go back!

Unique did my haircut. She listened to what I wanted and executed it meticulously. She took her time and made sure we were on the same page. I hated the style I had from last year from a different place, but she figured out how fix it without making it short. It literally felt like a miracle. 10/10 will return.

Don’t even waste your time.
Horrible service when I arrived. Got here at 6pm an HOUR before closing and they said they “didn’t have any available appointments”. Suspicious seeing as I’ve come in at similar times as a walk in and NEVER had a problem with “no more appointments available”
Boils down to lazy workers who want to close early. I understand that but if you’re open until 7pm and there is literally nobody else in the shop then there is absolutely no reason why I wasn’t helped. Won’t ever be coming back here. I recommend you do the same

I’m not one to really do this, but I wouldn’t recommend for haircuts for women’s at the least. I made a mistake, and unfortunately I’m learning from it :/ I was really desperate for a trim, and I decided to do layers. I should’ve gone to a “professional” salon, but I didn’t. I ended up asking for layers and a trim. The girl cut my hair wet, so once completed, it looked fine. At the end of the day, it looked really choppy and uneven. I’d ask for a refund, but I took the risk. Personally, I wouldn’t go back.

Yes We Do should be changed to No We Don't. I just moved to El Paso and called to make an appointment when I noticed on the website you could only book color, a $2 test, or an updo. The girl who took my appointment asked did I want to get my haircut? I said yes. She took my info and she booked me for an appointment the same day. I go there and the hairdresser was very nice. She did a dry cut and showed me a mirror. Then I realized she was not going to wash my hair. So I asked her if she could wash and style it. She said sure but just know it costs extra. This is the worst place to go! I didn't catch the name of the lady who cut my hair, but I can tell you she has red hair. She was rude and unprofessional. She pulled out a lot of my hair. She should NOT be cutting hair!!! I hope the other employees that work there are nothing like her. My experience doesn't even deserve one star.

Karina cut my hair beautifully! She asked what I wanted, and followed that exactly. She was friendly and professional. I have trouble finding anyone who will only cut an inch and a half if that’s what I want, but she did exactly what I asked! She showed me my hair at the end to ensure my satisfaction before letting me leave too! I will be returning here for future haircuts. I highly recommend Karina!!!!

My husband did a haircut here and they do what they are told to do and it looks great. I barely do ratings and I dont usually like salon or barber but this place is really nice. Defintely recommending it! NO BS!! The workers are so nice and they take care of us while we're in here. It made me subscribe for vip membership. Defintely worth it!!!

Terrible ! Worst hair cut I've ever gotten. It took 3 people to "fix it " . They took double the inches I wanted off. They still did not fix it or make it right in the end. My hair came out 4 inches shorter than I wanted and all uneven . It was a dirty establishment there was a bug crawling on the floor with the unpicked up hair .

I’ve been going to this location for quite a while and have always been happy with the results. Today, however, I had easily the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a couple of pretty bad haircuts. I told the girl I wanted my hair to fall a couple of inches below my shoulders, and just a couple of layers. The longest layer still well below my shoulders. The length was cut and that was fine. Then she started layers, and on her very first cut, I realized she had cut the top layer higher than my lips. She proceeded to cut the rest in an attempt to fix what she had done. It was a disaster

Second time going here..... first time I was absolutely satisfied and completely happy with my haircut.... TODAY not at all. I got home to style my hair and see the outcome 100% and it is not at all how I pictured my hair would look. I asked for it to be fixed while there and instead of giving more of an angle for my bob, she cut ALL of it shorter. So it doesn't look like a cute bob at all. The girl is brand new and took 2 and a half hours because she just didn't have the experience to do it confidently. I gave her the benefit of a doubt because everyone has to start somewhere, but next

This has been a while in the making, I went in due to losing some hair after my pregnancy and before I went in I called an asked for a first chair and asked if they're able to do a long pixie/ long Mohawk as it was the first time going short. they assured me all of their hair stylists were more than qualified to give me what I needed. Needless to say the lady took less than 5 mins chopped off all my hair to a very short pixie styled completely unlike what I had shown them. First off, if you are planning on going here DON'T go to the one by Zaragoza instead, it is way better. I went here and asked for a medium fade starting with 0 they did a good job on the sides but from the top is where they messed up. I had asked for only 2 fingers on the top but she didn't even try to even it out. I had to go to trnd setter to get it fixed up. The person in the picture is my little brother

Let me start by saying I have had 1 good visit here with Adriana. Today however was awful.
The two women who worked on my hair and my daughters were unfriendly and ordered us around as if we were a nuisance (move!, sit there! She's calling you!) We all left with dripping wet hair as they didn't even bother to towel dry it. They didn't even offer a receipt after we paid because they were too busy running to the back to get some snacks one had brought in. I will honestly never come here again.

I needed a quick hair cut and did not want to spend the 35$ I normally spend. So I took a risk and went in here. Parking was easy and comfortable. I walked in and the girl who greeted me was a little rude or maybe I just didn't hear her first greeting. I eventually got we'll be with you shortly sign in blah blah.
So here's a pointer for next time, walk in and sign in and someone will get to you. They do not take appointments!
Overall of the interior, the waiting area is okay. You have a view of the products and the stations. Couches.

I looked in the mirror and saw the older white male El Paso version of Teen Wolf. So, I headed down to one of the places I trust most in this world...the barber/hairstylist/hair salon....call it what you may, they keep us all from reaching messy shagdom. And let's face it, a bad stylist can put a serious crimp in your style until the mess grows out again, or until you pull a Sinead O'Connor and take it all off.
