I'm not typically one to leave reviews but I had a horrible experience here. Most of the staff was rude/unprofessional during both the consultation and hair appointment (there was one staff member that was friendly). The man who did my hair acted like he didn't even want to be doing my hair, he rushed through the cut in about 5 minutes. The result was very disappointing and the way he styled it at the end of the appointment hid what a botch job he did. I got home and realized how uneven the haircut was, I have chunks of hair that are an inch longer than other parts. The haircut is so horrific I

I have always had a hard time growing my hair; it used to be frizzy, dry and with multiple split ends. It has been a year since going to 360 with Eddie, and wow! My hair is finally growing, and for the first time in my life, my hair looks healthy, shiny and beautiful! I can style my hair easily, and I don't even have to use the flat iron everyday like I used to! I love my hair for the first time in my life! Very highly recommend this salon.

Sorely disappointed. We were super excited to go in and get our consult. Pricing was good for what we want to get done and stylist was super sweet but attitudes of others definitely need adjustment. I wasn't told about 50% upfront before appointment if not I would have been more than happy to be ready for that. I was shocked and said no thank you. Receptionist seemed annoyed about having us trying to get appointments together. After we were initially told we could do them together. Decided not to come back because of the poor attitude. 1 cut and 2 cut/dye lost because of poor customer service.

Great experience, I am new to the area and I needed to find a new hair stylist. I read a lot of reviews and Instagram pages and really liked everything I saw about this location. The crew was friendly plus they did an amazing job. They were able to provided positive and honest feedback and recommendations for what I wanted and could do to do to my hair. Called and asked about a haircut and style for my 12 yr old, got an exact amount, and who would be doing it. The appt was scheduled almost a week away from the initial phone call, which isn't so bad.
Inside looked very chic, there's ample lighting, and is very spacious. There doesn't seem to be any wait time seating, but I got accommodated by sitting in one of the styling chairs.
Stylist was the owner as well and was super friendly, very kind, and worked with my child to get the look they wanted.
We are very happy with the outcome, very shaggy and cute, just the way they wanted it!

I haven’t had a haircut in almost a year. I came in yesterday to fix my very damaged bleached hair with Ashley, and the results were amazing! She was able to save a lot of the length with a deep conditioning treatment that made my hair feel so nice again. The salon itself was very clean and professional, the lady at the front desk checked on me while I waited for Ashley and offered me water and coffee. I honestly feel like a brand new person with my new haircut and I will definitely be coming back!!

These photos are from my first and second time at the salon. Last September I went for a trim and today I added color to my hair for the first time. To say that I love it is truly an understatement and I can't stop looking at it. Isabel has done an amazing job with my hair. I hands down recommend this place to anyone searching for high quality work from experienced stylists. I just love them. . Can't wait to be back.

It’s been 2 years since I’ve had my hair done and I get very nervous when getting it done because I have messed up my hair myself beyond repair in the past..
But no doubt in my mind after seeing her work was I less then satisfied!! She did better then the last stylist I had 2 years ago so I can’t thank her enough.
I would recommend 360 the Colour bar salon to anyone who truly loves there hair and wants to make sure it’s treated with the best of care!

I have been searching for a place to cut my hair for a long time. I think I found my place. Loved my haircut!! My stylist was Isabel and she was so friendly and very profesional. I showed her some pictures and she was able to tell me what worked. I loved my hair. !!! Will defined be coming back even though I live on the east side. It’s worth the drive.

I wanted a new change after almost 20 years of having the same hairstyle and color. So I went online booked an appointment and it only went uphill from there! They had be come in for a consultation in which they took their time to see what I wanted, then I went back a week later to do my hair and let me just say that I feel in love! Ashley did an amazing job, she knew what I wanted, knew that I hadn’t done this in a while and made me feel comfortable! The end result was that I feel in love with the color and cut! I would truly recommend this place! Great environment with great COVID protocol

If I could put one star a would, I've been asking Eddie if I could put highlights in my hair and he said yes when my roots got long enough, so I went back to see him and told him that ive done nothing to my hair except put a purple mask on it, my hair is blonde, and some one else did it and overprocessed it, I asked him if he could put purple streaks in it he says no my hair is beyond help? And he kept insisting that my roots was color i put in??? I said no its my hair??? I already told u I didn't do anything to my hair??? So basically he's calling me a liar??? Don't go there

I had a great experience here. I got a haircut with Sam and she was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted, offered her advice and I left with the best haircut I've gotten in years. The salon is modern and sleek, yet inviting and comfortable. After I paid, I realized I forgot to put a tip on the slip and just signed. I called to see if I could pay a tip over the phone and was informed that their salon does not accept tips, which I've never heard of before but it saved me money, although I felt bad for my stylist. The haircut was not too pricey considering the experience and professionalism

I just got probably the best haircut I've ever had! Eddie was so good, making sure we talked a little about exactly what result I was looking for and walking me through the process. Everyone there is awesome. I can't recommend them enough!

Excellent Salon. Eddie is a master of styling, color, and hair care.
The other stylists are also very knowledgeable and do beautiful work. Additionally, they use excellent products for color and hair treatments.
Highly recommend.

Isabel cut my daughter's hair last week. My daughter was beyond nervous going from her long locks to a super short style. Isabel was a superstar. Not only did she give my daughter an AMAZING cut, but her never ending patience went a long way in setting mine and my daughter's mind at ease throughout the entire process.
Everyone at the salon was kind and welcoming. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff.
I highly recommend!!

Isabel has been my stylist for the past three months and have very pleased. My last haircut was not to my liking, Isabel was very busy, so Ruben re styled my hair and I left very happy.

It's wonderful to see a group of people willing to support and help each other out when necessary and make their customers pleased with what they want their to look.

Great salon for color. Took my daughter here and the results were great. Didn't get much fading so we felt good about they're products. She's using a shampoo they recommended which is okay at best, just got her original shampoo again which is better.

Downfall here was price and the time was longer than anticipated. As far as the service and results go, no complaints

Amazing salon! Reuben has been doing my hair for some time now, and he does absolutely amazing work!! I have never felt even the slightest disappointment after leaving, which has definitely happened with other hair dressers. And the staff at 360 is all so sweet! I will never trust anyone else with my hair! If you are getting your hair done elsewhere, you should definitely consider changing salons. Best in El Paso for sure!

I have been getting my haircut with Isabel for about a year and she always does a great job. I have short hair that I'm trying to grow out, and she always gives it a nice trim and fresh new shape. The cut always grows out nicely too. She really knows what she's doing. Highly recommend!

Love coming into to this Salon! I usually have Samantha or Ruben cut and style my hair and they both do a fabulous job every time! The staff is super friendly from the moment you walk in till you walk out ! I definitely recommend this salon !

Two stars are for the scheduler/host Jessica. She was very friendly and helpful in explaining the scheduling process. She explained that each appointment requires a separate consultation, which cannot be booked without my credit card information. "Like a hotel," she said.

Jessica explained that my consultation with Ruben would take about 30 minutes. My appointment for the actual cut & color scheduled the day after. This concept seems to benefit the colorist rather than the customer. Very inefficient from my perspective.
