Services
Solutionhealth is a 501 c-3 non-profit, governed by a volunteer board of trustees with support of leadership team that draws on knowledge and expertise of provider organizations. Founding members of SolutionHealth include Elliot Health System and Southern New Hampshire Health. Our primary care provider collaboration dedicated to improving health of Medicare patients.
At SolutionHealth we are committed to ensuring that patients across our region have convenient access to exceptional health care. That is why we are bringing together our expert health care providers from Southern and The Elliot to develop quality clinical services for the residents of southern New Hampshire.
SolutionHealth's board-certified surgeons are trained in a range of surgical specialties and subspecialties. Between Southern and The Elliot, we will pair you with the right surgeon for your needs. Should you need highly specialized or complex surgical care, we can utilize our clinical affiliation with Massachusetts General Hospital to get you the care you need as seamlessly as possible.
We are focused on understanding clinical needs that patients can't find in our region and those that will be of increasing demand as we are home to one of the fastest growing population of baby-boomers in the nation.

The future of SolutionHealth is a system integrated with new and alternative providers, providing care outside the walls of the hospital, relying heavily on our ability to meet our families' social, emotional, and physical needs in their homes and within their communities.
To achieve that goal, SolutionHealth and Home Health & Hospice Care (HHHC) have publicly announced a Definitive Agreement to combine services to provide enhanced post-acute care services to the people of southern New Hampshire.Details and notice of the proposed affiliation have now been submitted for regulatory review and approval.
