Our program provides you with a membership - giving you more affordable access to Urgent Care clinics to treat acute illnesses and injuries. We are proud to work with Urgent Care clinics who are dedicated to putting the patient first and being cost transparent. Our membership is $19 per person, per month ($10 to add a dependent).
That's it. No additional fees, no balanced billing. You can even use funds from your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your monthly membership fees. Our participating providers can treat a number of common illnesses and injuries as well as perform minor procedures. But if you need additional care, they will help you find a proven low cost provider for those services.
