I drove by this property management location this morning and decided to give them a call for more information. Well, I spoke with a female, over the phone, that would not give me her name and did not show any interest in assisting me to rent an apartment. She placed me on hold for a very long time, approximately 20 min. until I decided it was definitely a waste of time. I decided to hop on here and warn all of you to stay away. Don’t waste your time. Most of the time, dealing with people that are toxic while at their place of employment will only give you a perspective on what the owners are

Their lack of professionalism and customer service etiquette makes me wonder how they even got the position in the first place. Every time I’ve needed to speak to someone due to the series of unfortunate circumstances living in their apartment has caused me all I get is rude and crass attitudes. I may not have their job and neither do I want it but you would think that they have that job because of clients like myself that pay their month on time every month yearly that they ca continue to stay at their job. Why is it that if your property (that is nowhere near up to code) is causing uninhabitable

Would not recommend this management company. I have been married for 4 years, have 2 kids, am a stay at home mom, and my husband has a great salary, yet I was treated like a child for having something that was in collections from over 7 years ago when I was 18.. I understand it is their job to find secure tenants, but why not pay more attention to the last 4 years of never missing a rent payment than a teenage mistake 7 years ago? Or even ask for a little bit higher deposit? Just very disappointed with how it was handled.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE IVE BEEN HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND ITS BEEN THE WORST. THEY SAY THAT THEY DO MONTHLY INSPECTIONS...FALSE. IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY WINDOWS FIXED FOR 8 MONTHS BECAUSE THEY LEAK AND WATER COMES IN MY HOUSE. THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY WILL FIX THEM AND IT NEVER HAPPENS. I GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE 5 I DONT WISH A LIVING EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS ON ANYONE.
