My name is Paul and I have been in business now for 10 years. We started A Steam Pro back in 1999 when I moved here to the Hi-Desert (Apple Valley, CA). Unable to find work here I joined a Church to build on my faith and also to help with spiritual guidance. I met a gentleman there who hired me & my brother for cleaning carpets.
The plan was to one day save up enough money to purchase the company from who was now my friend. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
The man i spoke with was super rude. when he gave me an appointment he didn’t even show up. Super unprofessional and it’s shocking to see how many bad reviews there are. i’m not sure how this guy gets business while being this rude with multiple guest.

Great same day service with amazing prices. I was skeptical because they were cheaper then the rest of the places I called. I gotta say when the work was complete I was totally happy.
