The owner of Mountain Run Properties, Kim Avery is a real piece of work. She represented the buyer of my property and was very difficult to work with. She made appointments and did not show, offered no explanation or apology. She just felt entitled to not show up. She was argumentative on the phone and offered poor reasoning to back up her argument. I also saw emails where she suggested the customer could get a lower price because furniture was not included. Fortunately the actual buyer was realistic in their expectations despite working with Kim Avery.

Kim Avery is the most professional realtor I have ever used in both NC and Florida.
She helped us sell our NC house towards the end of the great recession when NOTHING was selling. She then helped us buy a smaller home in NC after she helped us get our big home sold.
After that she helped us find the right community in Florida last year.
