My cat got trapped in the bedrooms when people closed the door without checking for her and she ripped up a solid portion of my carpet...3 bedroom doorways needed repaired! NF Carpet came out within a few days and they were in and out in about an hour total. The pricing is definitely fair and their customer service is top notch. If we weren't moving out of state I'd definitely use them for future repairs. :) Absolutely worth your time and money. Thanks again, and so sorry it took me so long to write the review.

They cleaned our carpets on Monday. Our family gives NF Carpet Care High marks on everything; Quality, Value, Responsiveness and Punctuality. They had the best price of all the services I contacted and even though I asked for same day service they were very accommodating even though it was a holiday! Their phone business manner is prompt, helpful, & professional. The appt. was for Noon - 3 but I got a call before noon letting me know they were ready to come do the job if I wanted. The work was quick and thorough. Our carpets are clean & fluffy and look like new!

We've used them for years and the service has always been spectacular. Always friendly and on time. We've used them mainly for carpet cleaning but just recently we used them for some repairs to carpet in our master bedroom. I was very impressed! Even though the carpet was about five years old they were able to add a new piece of carpet in and blended it in so well it's very hard to tell where the old carpet stopped and the new began. I would highly recommend them!!! I understand they now do tile and wood floors now too.

Fantastic family own business and friendly every time we have had our carpet cleaned over the years. I run a Daycare and they work with me the time and date which is good for me to have it done. NF Carpet Care has been caring for our carpets for at least a decade now. We have light carpets and three dogs and they have kept them looking like new. Recently, they even did some carpet repairs for us. Extremely happy with the results. Friendly and courteous at all times! We will never use anyone else.

I have used NfCC for well over 12 years. Before now I would have given them 10 stars if I could. But recent cleaning and their response to me notifying them that a couple weeks after cleaning old spots resurfaced left me very dissatisfied. They offered me a minimal discount on my next cleaning. I felt the response should have been for them to redo cleaning. Their response broke my heart. Yes as a consumer when you purchase goods & services you expect / trust your purchase will be the quality you expected. And if not you expect the company to make it right. I gave NFCC one star.
