I bought a necklace for my girlfriend for Xmas from Gems Are Forever. Tasana was very helpful in finding a beautiful stone and arrangement. Z is a fascinating and kind man, and a straight shooter. Unbelievably pleasant experience getting items appraised. Before Z, I'd met with other jewelers/appraisers, and didn't quite feel I was getting the whole story. I am SO glad I decided to meet with Z before giving up. Make him your first and last stop if you're buying/selling/gathering information about jewelry.

I purchased an engagement ring for my fiance early in December from GAF and was very happy with the experience. Z (the owner) sat down with me after I chose a ring design and walked me through choosing the perfect diamond. It took about 1 week to get the diamond set on the ring and the staff was readily available when I contacted them for updates on the ring delivery. The ring was delivered on time as described by Z and his staff and my fiance is very happy with her new ring! She even mentioned how she has received several comments from her work colleagues noticing her ring from across the room

Mr Z is one of the best gemologists out there. I was in need for a diamond wedding band and was referred to Mr Z by friends of a coworker as I had a specific ring design and needed help. Mr Z and his team were confident they could get it done and work with my budget (came under budget ;)). The ring turned out amazing and the detail work is beyond what I expected. Being someone who knows nothing about jewelry, I have to say that I had a wonderful experience with Z, when getting a few of my jewelry pieces appraised. Z walked me through all the steps and guided me in a manner that made me feel comfortable, while being educated at the same time. i would definitely recommend turning to him for appraisals. Its hard to come across such good services nowadays.

I met Z (the owner) through friends at work, so I trusted him immediately. However, he quickly proved that he was not just trustworthy, but knowledgable and helpful - an expert in his field. My wedding rings were stolen, and (though impossible to replace), the experience with Z was so easy and enjoyable (and the replacement so GORGEOUS) that it made me less sad about my loss. He was so respectful of my budget restraints. He never up-sold, and in fact, he reminded ME of my budget when I was distracted by the glittery, larger diamonds.
