Marc Salman is a wonderful person and an excellent caterer. He is a terrific chef and the food is always fresh and delicious. He is artistic and the presentations are lovely and highly professional. I've known Marc for over 25 years and he has been my "go to" caterer for both my personal and work catering needs. He has done imaginative sit down dinner parties for 70 people, buffets for 300 people and elegant little dinner parties for 8. He has done Thanksgiving dinners at our home for 33 people. We have been using Marc's catering for many years for our private parties in our home. Marc makes the best appetizers and dinners for our guests. You have the option of buffet style or plated seating. He even brings his own servers to help with everything. He has beautiful serving spoons for the appetizers and other small details that add such a lovely touch to our functions. We highly recommend him to everyone and he books very quickly because he is not only a professional chef, he's also very likable as a human being. He's worth every penny!
