Voulez made a schedule of the week cheat sheet to hand out to the bridal party. This made everything so easy! After everything, my husband & I came back to our honeymoon suite & found all of our gifts in the room already. I can't speak more highly of the levels of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail that I received both on my wedding day & in the months leading up to it.

Ivy's Plan your own Wedding program is wonderful! It helps brides save money and time by learning how to properly set your wedding (or large event) up well. I avoided making mistakes by utilizing her programs knowledge. It helped me organize everything I need so that I hardly need anyone's help at all. No matter where I go in the world, i have a virtual consultant I can message when I need help which is extremely helpful. I highly recommend it to others. It's a great way to save time that might be wasted figuring things out and save money!

Ivy is a treasure. She can work with you for whatever kind of dreams you have, making sure you stay on track with any size budget. I have never come across anyone so uniquely qualified as Ivy. She is trained in listening (yes that's a thing) and has spent years building up a roster of resources for couples, so that we don't have to do it all ourselves. Her advice was spot on, her timing was incredible, and her skilled way of understanding exactly what I needed even when I didn't know was absolutely stellar. For me and my husband, all we needed was something akin to wedding planning

Awesome Event Consultation and Q&A! A confidant second opinion in the ambiguous landscape of event planning.
My conversation with Ivy dramatically eased my selection of vendors. I won't be able to work with her directly because she's already booked on the day of my wedding but we had a professional and to-the-point conversation about logistics, feasibility, cost, and creative solutions to social conundrums.
I hope to schedule another consultation with Ivy as I get farther into the planning process. I plan on using her to sanity-check proposals from other vendors as I move forward

My husband and I used Ivy for our wedding last week at Crissy Field/Farallones Marine Sanctuary by Golden Gate Bridge, and had been working with her for months. Let me just say that she goes over and above what's expected. She is DEFINITELY worth her rates, and then some!! In fact, she was one of the most reasonably priced wedding planners we found (I met her at a Wedding Fair, and she told me she was able to do destination weddings too). I love her progressive-minded mentality and her willingness to be extremely flexible and patient! She takes charge when needed and maintains professionalism

Just finished working with Ivy on my wedding. I didn't need much the day of my wedding. Just some decorations strung about and all the finishing touches(hanging banners, hanging a piñata[lol], clothing the tables, etc). My wedding was super small and casual(hence the piñata!). But I definitely wanted minimal stress on my part. I contacted Ivy and asked for a quote for just 1.5 hours of decorating our space. Her quote was INSANELY affordable. My wedding day was flawless and stress-free thanks to the help of Ivy! Ivy started by helping me look for a reception venue. After our initial consultation, she recommended Oceano Hotel and Spa--where she interned previously. After viewing the hotel's website I HAD to see it for myself! The place was so elegant and classy that I had to bring my fiancé with me! Fast-forward to the week of the wedding--Ivy consulted with me once more, making sure that everything I needed was in order. I was maid of honor/wedding planner for my best friend's wedding, and also hostess for the reception that was held afterwards in my backyard. Thanks to Ivy, this weekend was relaxing and stress free! It was so nice to have someone there to help out with things like running into town for last minute items and to not have to worry about it. She was such a big help from with meals to taking out trash to making sure the hot tub was ready. The food was so tasty I LOVED the meatball cupcakes! Ivy can handle it all! I am looking forward to the next Voulez event!

Ivy helped me plan a going away party with my friends. We needed a house to hold a dozen of us and a menu planned to feed everyone. We also needed some activities to keep us busy. Ivy did a fantastic job making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. She stayed on-site for the entire weekend and took care of all errands and special requests. Having her there made the weekend relaxing and stress free. Can't wait for the next event, brought to you by Ivy!
