We are a dental practice devoted to restoring and enhancing the natural beauty of your smile using conservative, state-of-the-art procedures that will result in beautiful, long lasting smiles! A standard of excellence in personalized dental care enables us to provide the quality dental services our patients deserve.
Patient comfort was the focus of the layout and design; we wanted to create the most inviting, comfortable and pleasant environment possible. In addition, we wanted to be able to offer the best state-of-the-art dentistry. We use digital radiography (x-rays), which eliminates the majority of the radiation exposure to patients compared to conventional x-ray systems.
Dr. Thomas A. Holt grew up just around the corner from Maple Valley in North Bend, Washington. A graduate of Mount Si High School, Tom discovered a passion for dentistry while completing his undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. From there, he went on to pursue his career aspirations at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
We accept many dental insurance plans and will file claims on your behalf. Our knowledgeable benefit coordinators can help you maximize your dental benefits and minimize your out-of-pocket cost. We will tell you upfront what your insurance is estimated to pay along with what your estimated portion will be.
Maple Valley Family Dental Care treats patients of all ages throughout the year. For those younger patients that need a little extra incentive we have KID'S DAY! Every six months for two days (generally a Friday and Saturday) we choose a child friendly theme and celebrate! These activity filled appointments build confidence and trust between your little one and our staff.

Every experience I've had at Maple Valley Family Dental Care has been extremely pleasant! The front office staff is always friendly and I can tell that my dental health is the first priority to the rest of the dental team. I love the hygienist I see, she is so gentle and fun to talk to. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They have horrible customer service with a bunch of angry old women at the front desk that talk to customers like they’re 5 years old. They cancel appointments for people and don’t let them know about it. This place needs some better staff with some manners who know some customer service. They mess up on billing and not a great place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

Maple Valley Family Dental has been our family's dentist for about 10 years now. The hygienists are so good that I can send my 5 yr old back with them and have my own cleaning done at the same time. They are very good with children. Dr. Holt is very good and even did an emergency filling while I was pregnant - the tooth next to the incisor - that another dentist had done years ago. I have had no issues with pain or fearing the dentist! Highly recommend this practice.

I've had a great experience here! After having a traumatic root canal experience 7 years ago I've been hesitant to go to a dentist. When it's been so long it can be nerve wracking to go to a new place.
Everyone at this practice that I have come across has been kind and very caring. My first portion of deep cleaning was uncomfortable but my hygienist always told me what she was going to do before it was done and let me know if it would be painful. She also went slow and made sure I was doing okay throughout.

Always an amazing dental experience at Maple Valley Family Dental Care. I gladly make the drive from Kirkland to see them on a regular basis. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and very accommodating in making appointments for my hectic schedule and they have extended days/hours which are very convenient for me too.
The hygienists are incredibly competent and knowledgeable and always remember me and what my current dental needs are. I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Holt from veneers to filling replacements and he is always friendly, positive, and punctual and a perfectionist
