I have used this service before, the tech was professional and friendly, on time and courteous, the cost was as expected and no surprise charges, the carpet is in much better condition, and that’s what I wanted, I have used the PERT cleaning for animal stains and odors and it is very effective, overall a good experience, and Thank You to my tech!

I was greatly impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency of Chem-Dry carpet cleaning. My service technician was incredibly polite and respectful! My carpets look great and my couches do too. I had them clean out dryer vent as well and I’m so glad I did! A valuable service that I hadn’t considered needing. Overall, I was genuinely pleased and will use them again in the future. Thanks!

If I could rate this is 0 stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 11, once they were over an hour late I sent out correspondence and they said they were "behind" and asked if they could be there in ANOTHER 20 minutes. It threw off my whole day, but I agreed. I asked them if there was anyway for a discount, for the inconvenience is this has caused and to which they replied NO (which is fine) but then straight cancelled my entire appointment I wasted the entire morning on. I've never had such ridiculous Customer Service in my life...
