Come by and get to know us! For 20 years we have enjoyed helping our neighbors understand home insurance, auto insurance, Med-Supplement insurance and life insurance.
For our neighbors in the Woodbridge, Lake Ridge and Occoquan communities we also offer boat insurance, as well as renters insurance and jewelry insurance. My wife Lucy and I moved to Virginia from Texas in 1997 to return to be near family following my career in the US Army where I worked in Charlottesville for State Farm and obtained my MBA from Averett College in Danville, Virginia.

I have been a customer of State Farm since the early 90s and I have had Ed Setliff as my Agent since moving to Virginia in 96. The customer service is top notch. When I call, and it is rare, they make me feel like I am talking to someone that knows me and as if we just spoke.

We have carried ALL of our insurance plans (home, auto, business, boat, motorcycle, RV, Personal Umbrella, etc.) through Ed Setliff's State Farm Agency for over 25 years and have always been well taken care of by Ed, Natalie & Kathy. Whenever issues arise, (especially when we had teenage drivers - yikes!), Ed, his team, and the State Farm Claims Dept. are easy to work with and promptly take care of our needs. I never worry about calling with questions or concerns about our policies, because they are always gracious with their time and attention. We are fortunate to be part of the Ed Setliff family

Ed Setliff and his team have been consistently helpful to us whenever we had a need--both with our home and with our cars. He has been immediately available whenever I've called and has always put us on to top-notch contractors and service personnel who responded to us promptly. I recently had an object smash into my windshield; I called Ed and had my claim filed and an appointment arranged for replacement before I even reached my destination.
