They show up every week, do a beautiful job of cutting, edging and blowing debris away - and all for a reasonable price. Their work is impeccable. I don't have to think about it at all. it just gets done. I can't imagine using anybody else! My experience with Viana lawn care has been positive. We started using them last summer (2017) for weekly mowing.

Viana Lawn Care is a family-owned and operated lawn company serving clients of Northern Virginia area since 1999. We will clean up your yard, remove debris, clear away trash, cut tall grass, remove garbage, dispose of the trash, pet waste, scrap metal, and any other needs you may have when it comes to your Yard Clean Up.
If you have a PayPal account, you can use that to pay your invoice as well. However, if you don't have an account, you can still pay by using any of the major credit cards. Just follow the online directions. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office and we'll be happy to assist you.

They seem like a shady company to me. They changed the terms of the contract on me mid year. When I tried to cancel they claim I needed to provide 15 days notice. I would not use them. As for their service they tend to mow the day after heavy rains even though they say that they will not do that. That tends to leave clumps of grass in the yard and an occasional rut in the yard from the large mowers they use.

This company tried to Bill me for mowing that did not happen. They basically told me I was lying because the "crew" told them that they mowed. I know when my lawn has been mowed and it was NEVER touched. I have a trampoline in the back yard that was never moved and the grass was a different color underneath it because they were never there.
Absolutely no edging or mowing ever took place at my home and then they have the audacity to bill me. Their "crew" isn't doing the work and the office people treat the customers terribly.

We have been using this company for about 3 years now. At first I was really happy. The lawn looked great, my neighbor stopped bugging us about trimming all was good. The price is good as well at $25 a week for mowing, trimming and blowing away the trimmings. I felt I would have to pay a teen ager just as much with not as good of job.
However, I gave it a 3 rating, which is generous, because we keep having problems with them. The mowers themselves occasionally leave the fence gate open. I have dogs, so now I go and check the gates after they are finished before letting them out. They also

I started using Viana in 2006, and for a very long time I was quite happy. The crews always did a really good job and were careful and conscientious. Billing was accurate. But over the last couple years, the service has declined all the way around.
The crews got careless and didn't do a very good job. It started with petty things like mowing all the way around small fallen limbs or a plastic lawn chair that had blown over rather than picking them up, or blowing the clippings and leaves into my neighbors yard, or leaving the gate wide open regularly, even though they know we have dogs

If you just need a mowing service Viana is excellent. They do a fantastic job. The reason I give them 1 star is that they offer other services such as mulching, landscaping, etc. but are unable to actually perform theses services. Rather than stop offering the service, they instead say "it's on our schedule and should happen on Saturday". I waited 5 months for an estimate on mulching and finally canceled my contract with them today when they said, "..it's on the schedule and the soonest we can complete the estimate is Saturday" (for the 6th time)...
